Sensei Frank Gallo, Eastern Regional Director of the Aikido Association of America, will conduct a 3 hour Aikido workshop on December 6^th starting at 11:00 am at Methuen Aikido.  The focus of this workshop will include a review of the AAA kihon waza.

Prior seminar sessions taught by Sensei Gallo have been enthusiastic, entertaining, and have delivered solid technical instruction. I am sure that this workshop will be enjoyed and will be time well spent by all who attend.
